A place to be, belong and become

At Yaringa Kindergarten and Early Learning Centre, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to enjoy a high-quality education that lays the foundations for lifelong learning. We see children as resourceful learners who actively build their knowledge of the world around them. Through respectful and reciprocal relationships, children develop a strong sense of identity, wellbeing and respect for themselves and others.

The Yaringa way

Our programs are guided by proven educational frameworks and enriched by the strengths of our educators and specialists. Children learn best when they feel secure, valued and inspired, which is why we prioritise play, exploration and connection with nature. We provide flexible experiences that encourage independence, confidence and communication, while supporting every child to grow at their own pace.

Inclusive Community

We welcome and support every child, embracing diversity and encouraging a culture of belonging.

Play and discovery

Hands-on learning experiences spark curiosity and creativity, helping children become involved learners and effective communicators.

Family Partnership

We see families as a child’s first teacher and work in open, respectful partnership to achieve the best outcomes.

Sustainability and respect

Children are inspired by nature and learn to care for the environment, with sustainability placed at the heart of our service.

Connected to land, committed to learning

Our Cranbourne early learning centre is designed to nurture exploration and connection. With four dedicated rooms and their own outdoor yards, children enjoy shaded play areas, climbing equipment and gardens shaped by their ideas. The environment provides a secure base for growth, with child-safe practices, coded entry and spaces that balance safety with freedom.

We deeply value the rich history and ongoing knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the Land we share. Our educators embed Indigenous perspectives into the curriculum, ensuring histories and cultures are respected and celebrated.
